At Dàr Aya, we aim to ensure every order is carefully prepared and delivered in a timely and reliable manner.

 

PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During launches, restocks or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $100 AUD.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected destination.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.

DELAYS
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Dàr Aya is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping details, or circumstances outside of our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is correct. Dàr Aya is not responsible for parcels shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at darayalabel@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can assist further.
