Returns & Refunds Policy
At Dàr Aya, we take great care in the quality of every piece we send out. Returns are accepted only in valid circumstances, such as a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item being received. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a request.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
As our pieces are one size, we currently do not offer exchanges. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
